Delivery Information

Local Delivery

Alilo Singapore offers FREE delivery for all purchases of digital players to local residential addresses in Singapore. Free delivery is NOT applicable to off-shore islands and locations where accessibility is controlled and limited. In such cases, we may impose additional charges for delivery as required.

We reserve all rights in the determination of addresses where free delivery can be applied. If you have any doubts as to whether your location will qualify for free delivery, please do drop us an email at orders@alilo.com.sg before placing your order.

International Delivery

We use Registered Air Mail or SpeedPost Standard services for international deliveries. Standard shipping time varies between 5-15 working days and is charged at a flat S$5 currently, subjected to stock availability.

Kindly email us at orders@alilo.com.sg for express international shipping options, quotation and order processing. 

 We will send you a tracking number for all international deliveries once the item has been dispatched.

Import Duties

All international purchases with Alilo Singapore do not include your prevailing DDU, duties, VAT or taxes. If your customs office impose these additional charges, you will need to clear them independently with your customs office and Alilo Singapore is not responsible for your local import duty charges. As we do not know of these fees upfront, we will not be able to advise you of them at the point of checkout.

Please check with your local government customs office if you are unsure about these charges and want to avoid unexpected charges.

Undelivered Parcels

Please make sure that the information provided in your checkout is correct. An incorrect or incomplete address may result in parcels being returned to us and result in a non-delivery or late delivery to you. Please note that orders that are returned due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided or abandoned by your local postal office, for whatever reason, will only be resent to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Please email us at orders@alilo.com.sg if your order hasn’t arrived after the stipulated time advised to you.

Payment Methods

Paypal (Credit Card)

Direct online payments for products on this website is processed through Paypal. You will be directed to PayPal’s payment gateway upon checking out if you select this payment option. If you wish to make payment using your credit card, simply select the appropriate option which indicates you do not have a Paypal account and you will be prompted to enter your credit card details for payment.

Local Bank Transfer

We also accept payment through local bank transfer direct to our bank accounts. Details required for the bank transfer will be provided during checkout if you select the option for payment.

Exchanges

We seek your understanding that all sales are final and products sold are NON-REFUNDBALE.

Exchanges are allowed within 7 working days of delivery provided that it is in its original packaging, unused and in clear resalable condition.

Warranty

All alilo digital players comes with a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects.
